Code Security Systems was provided with the opportunity to complete the security access control at Wrens Cross Residential Development situated in Maidstone Kent. We were very keen to assist in a complex layout to a secure by design project Installation.

What We Delivered

Code Security Systems LTD Designed, Installed and Delivered an SBD / DDA Access Control and Video Door Entry system for this residential project. 
The System was set across 4 main Stair Cores, linked via a dedicated RS485 BUS network to allow the KMS Access control system to communicate Via the WEB Hosting Main controller for a Simple Fast Cloud Based Proximity Access Controlled Solution to be utilized.

Being a SBD Project, we had to work close with the Electrical Contractor to ensure we met the client’s expectations, and all relevant Regulations were adhered too through the Project.

– Access Control to Ensure only the permitted persons could enter the dedicated areas

– Video Door Entry to Provide added extra Visitor Control for all Residents

– Cloud Based Programming for User Management Convenience

– Software Sharing Solutions for Direct Programming remotely from Site

How We Delivered it

Whilst working closely with consultants for the design, and the Electrical Contractor for the systems installed throughout the Development we had to consider all aspects of the Access Strategies being utilized to prevent unauthorized access into unrestricted areas, and residents’ demises.

The final Handover and witness Testing to ensure the system complied to Regulations, and to the clients satisfaction was then achieved due to communication, and a good working relationship through the project.
